Our mission is:
- To do applied research at a high international level about strategic management and bridging new themes to the field
- To provide research-based recommendations to managers of public and private organizations
- To disseminate the importance of strategic management through teaching and public engagement
What we are
Strategic Management Lab is a playground where scientists and practitioners conduct curiosity-driven research. In the Lab, senior researchers, younger researchers, students, and external partners engage in interdisciplinary projects both nationally and internationally.
What we do
Our collaborations extend from ad hoc, short-term initiatives with external partners to large scale externally funded research projects. We use state of the art knowledge to create impact for our partners and co-create new knowledge to push the boundaries of the field of strategic management. For example:
- Processes and seminars in private and public organizations

- Collaboration on research projects suchs as:
- Identifying strategic initiatives in Greentech including PtoX (PDF)
- Understanding new managerial roles in the public sector (Samverdi)
- Change management initiatives regarding sustainable development
