Mobility and the future of mobility

Migrations and mobility is increasingly common nowadays. Therefore, multinational companies (MNEs) around the world hire from diverse labor pools including local employees in countries, where they operate but also (im)migrants.

It is important to understand the hiring practices and processes to detect patterns and ensure that we understand the possibilities for career development of global, mobile employees and a diverse and efficient workforce.

Agnieszka Nowinska’s lecture is relevant for all high school students, but in particular those interested in economics, management, innovation and strategy.
