Poul Houman Andersen wins an Emerald Literati Award

Poul Houman Andersen receives the award for his article “Low-intensity conflict in multinational corporations” published in Multinational Business Review. Congratulations.

“Low-intensity conflict in multinational corporations” reveals the consequences of low-intensity conflict in multinational corporations and identifies three types of actions by headquarters' representatives that could lead to the development of low-intensity conflicts, namely, ignoring, bypassing and educating. The paper is based on intensive case studies in four multinational and their subsidiaries. More than 120 interviews have been carried out.

Poul Houman Andersen has written the article together with Jakob Lauring, Department of Management, Aarhus University, Marianne Storgaard, Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark, and Hanne Kragh, Department of Management, Aarhus University.
