Aalborg University Business School is a newly established business school at Aalborg University, a science and technology-focused university with world-class research. Aalborg University is a founding institution in Problem-Based Learning and with this as a guiding principle, the Business School plays a major role in bridging the gap between business and science to help commercialize inventions and generate growth in business and society. In our knowledge production, we account for current trends and issues, and we aim to publish our research in leading journals.
For these purposes, we are looking for new colleagues interested in Assistant Professorships in the disciplines of Organisation, Financial Accounting, or Auditing. The formal call for applications will be announced in September 2022 specifying further details. We are interested in candidates with strong methodological skills and significant research potential in the disciplines listed above. We will be particularly interested in candidates that contribute equally to building stronger research and teaching communities. For the organisation position, we are specifically looking for candidates with research in e.g. organisation theory, organisational behaviour, and leadership. Ideally in combination with strong capabilities in qualitative analysis.
The Assistant Professorships will be announced at https://www.vacancies.aau.dk/academic-positions during September 2022. Applications must be uploaded via the link in the job announcement. The Business School will be interviewing online via Zoom in November/December. Should you have any questions in relation to these vacancies, please contact Professor of Accounting and Head of Business School, Christian Nielsen (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Professor of Strategy and Organisation, Michael S. Dahl (email@example.com), for information about the positions.
The Business School will host campus visits by invitation in Q1 2023. Starting dates for the positions are in the Spring of 2023, no later than September 2023.
